Adenuga, Ovia nominated for 2016 Technology Times award

Innovation Times has declared six chosen people for its individual of the year 2016 honor.

The chosen people are Mike Adenuga, administrator Globacom Limited; Umar Garba Danbatta, Executive bad habit director, Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC); and Leo Stan Ekeh, administrator Zinox Technologies.

Others are Omobola Johnson, pioneer priest of correspondence Technology for Nigeria; Funke Opeke, CEO, MainOne; and Jim Ovia, pioneer administrator, Visafone interchanges restricted.

In an announcement on Monday, Shina Badaru, author/CEO, Technology Times media constrained, said the honor respects the individual who has made the most persisting commitment to the nation’s data and correspondence innovation (ICT) industry.

Badaru said the last honouree would be chosen through a reciprocal choice of Technology Times Editors (40%) and web based voting (60%) by the Internet people group on the official site of the organization,
