Here are list of harmful bacteria that can be found in your food

Salmonella enteritidis
Salmonella enteritidis can grow in food but they are found in the intestinal tracts of animal. This bacteria is often transmitted through contaminated animal feces and is found in some poultry, meat
and eggs. It is important to properly clean and cook your food before eating. This bacteria increase in hot and humid environment. Avoid coming in contact with people if you notice symptoms of this bacteria like nausea and stomach cramps because they can be infected if tour hands are not properly washed.

Clostridium Perfringens

This bacteria can thrive in moist foods or those that are stored at room temperature. Foods that have less exposure to oxygen may contain this bacteria. Clostridium is that it can be destroyed by ordinary cooking but they multiply once the food is not eaten right away and left for a few hours.

Listeria monocytogenes
Symptoms of listeria include nausea, vomiting,muscle aches and fever. Moreover, it may take up to 3 weeks before symptoms start to show.

Escherichia coli

Escherichia coli is also known as E coli and it is found in intestines of both human and animal. This bacterial can also be found in meat and other food products that are contaminated with animal or human feces. Symptoms include low fever, stomach cramps, severe diarrhea and nausea.

Campylobacter is known to ensure the most common cause of food borne disease. The bacteria tends to grow faster when the food is not properly cooked. It important to cook your food well, the bacteria find it difficult to survive under high heat.
